Email Sales@RaveFix.com right away with your order number. Because orders ship fast, we can only change or cancel an order before it ships.
Once you get a tracking number, the order can't be changed or canceled. You can return eligible items after they arrive (see our return policy).
Orders placed by 3 PM PT, Monday to Friday, ship the same day from Burbank, California. Orders placed after 3 PM PT, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
If an item needs extra processing time, the product page and cart will say so.
Orders over $100 ship free. At checkout you can also pick a faster, paid shipping method if you need your order sooner.
Whichever method you choose, orders placed by 3 PM PT, Monday to Friday, ship the same day.
Your order leaves our Burbank warehouse the same day if you order by 3 PM PT, Monday to Friday. Delivery time after that depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and where you live.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also log in to your RaveFix account to see your order status.
Check your tracking link first. Once a package leaves us, the carrier handles delivery and can give the most accurate update.
If tracking hasn't moved for a few days, email Sales@RaveFix.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
Check around your door, your mailroom and with neighbors. If it's still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number to open a claim.
The carrier needs delivery details only you can confirm, so we can't file the claim for you.
You can return new, unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Tags and liners must still be attached. Final Sale items can't be returned.
Halloween costumes and accessories: return requests must be made by October 18 at 11:59 PM. From October 19 they're final sale.
Returns sent without a return authorization are rejected or discarded at the sender's expense. Full details are in our refund policy.
Email Sales@RaveFix.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the items you want to return. We'll send you a return authorization and the address to ship to.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please don't send a return without an authorization.

Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Use our Size Chart. It covers women's XS to 4XL and men's sizes, and shows how to measure your bust, band, waist and hips.
Yes. Many styles come in 1X to 3X, and much of our lingerie also comes in queen sizes. Each product page lists the sizes available for that style.
About 90% of our styles are made in the USA.
Restocks depend on demand. On a sold-out product, sign up for a restock alert on the product page and we'll email you when your size is back.
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders and save your details for next time.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay (including Shop Pay Installments) and the other secure payment methods shown at checkout.
